This Is A Nice Round Number

Slowly but surely, we’re building our subscriber list, and I’m pleased to announce that our 500th subscriber has joined the Anthem Diary family.

My friends tell me that if I had a social media presence, I would have many more subscribers than I do, but I’m simply not one to go out there and shill for this labor of love you share with me.

Of course, that doesn’t stop you from spreading the word if you choose to. Staying power and durability evolve when recommendations come from folks others trust, so feel free to do your thing!

I also appreciate hearing from folks who are aware of Anthem Diary’s change in tone compared to my former Anthem Journal. Still informative about our community and other matters of interest. Still obsessive about being accurate and willing to correct errors. But a little more informal; a little more chatty; a little more essay-like; and a little more wide-ranging, especially due to my love of all kinds of music and eagerness to share that passion.

But enough of that for now. Thank you for being with me on this journey, and for helping to build our mission one brick…err, subscriber…at a time!
